Bellarmine DPT Game & Movie Night! 🍿🃏

Bellarmine’s first year DPT students celebrated reaching the halfway point of their fall semester with a movie and game night potluck! Everyone brought food to share and enjoyed a relaxing evening filled with fun. 🍕🍪

It was the perfect opportunity for our students to unwind, enjoy some delicious food, and spend quality time together! 📸🎞️

Recently, Bellarmine’s DPT Class Officers for the Classes of 2028 and 2029 participated in a team-bonding experience at Activate! 👾

There, they competed in teams across a variety of interactive games and rooms, putting their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the test! 🧠

It was a fun opportunity for the officers to connect outside of the classroom, strengthen relationships, and build a stronger sense of community within the DPT program. ⚔️🛡️

Last night we had our Bellarmine DPT Annual Chili Cookout!! 🍂🌶️

A huge thank you to our Belonging CPP for putting on such a fun event and bringing everyone together! ❤️ We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, enjoyed some delicious chili, and made the afternoon so much fun.

And of course, a BIG congratulations to our chili cook-off winner… 🏆🥣 Grade A Heartburn, made by Dr. Willoughby and her wife, Morgan! 👏🔥

Thank you to everyone who brought chili and cornbread and helped make this event one to remember! We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🫶

Today, our first-year Bellarmine DPT students held a "Palpation-Off"! 🦴💪

Teams competed in a friendly after-school match to practice identifying key upper extremity landmarks. It was a fun, supportive way to sharpen their clinical skills and prepare for their upcoming practical!

Big thanks to @carlanaaaaa for organizing and facilitating this event; it wouldn't have been possible without her! We also extend a huge thank you to Dr. Levay for judging and helping ensure everyone was accurate with their palpations.
