Some moments mean more than medals.Tonight I finally got to train with Cassie after she’s been following my journey for such a long time. It was really special to meet at @a1jiujitsu , the academy where my own journey first started taking off.Cassie surprised me with the sweetest gift, a beautiful rose that I’ll always treasure. I was so happy to surprise her with one of my custom hoodies and, thanks to one of our amazing team moms, the same Level Black gi I wear when I compete.Thank you to everyone at @a1jiujitsu for welcoming us and helping make tonight so special. Today wasn’t the story Jenny @janda06 wanted... but somehow it became the story people needed to see.A lot of people see the medals. They see the back-to-back Pan titles. They see the undefeated run.What they don’t always see is the woman behind them.A single mom raising two boys.Working every single day.Training every single day.Showing up when she’s tired.Showing up when life gets hard.Showing up anyway.Today at Nationals she fell short in her division and earned silver. Most people would’ve packed up and called it a day.Not Jenny.She stepped into the Open Class, gave up size against ultra-heavyweight opponents, and fought with the same heart she always does. She walked away with bronze, but anyone who watched knows that’s not what they’ll remember.They’ll remember her courage.Jenny reminds all of us that being a champion isn’t about always standing on the top of the podium. ELA VEIO PARA LUTAR COM AS MELHORES DO MUNDODiretamente do Texas, Bella Rose (@bellarosebjj ) , uma das atletas da tropa do Pablo Silva (@pablosilvabjjhq / @pablosilva ), cruzou as Américas para encarar o maior campeonato infantil de Jiu-Jitsu do planeta, o Brasileiro de Crianças da CBJJ, que reuniu mais de 4.400 atletas.Sem escolher caminho fácil, Bella decidiu se testar contra algumas das competidoras mais duras do mundo. Em sua estreia, venceu com dominância total, mostrando personalidade e um Jiu-Jitsu agressivo.Ao final da competição, garantiu a medalha de bronze em um dos torneios kids mais difíceis e disputados do cenário mundial, levando mais uma grande conquista de volta para o Texas.– 🇺🇸SHE CAME TO FACE THE BEST IN THE WORLDComing all the way from Texas, Bella Rose, one of Pablo Silva’s standout athletes, traveled across the Americas to compete at the CBJJ Brazilian Kids Championship, the largest youth Jiu-Jitsu tournament in the world, with more than 4,400 athletes registered.Instead of taking the easy route, Bella chose to test herself against some of the toughest competitors in the sport. Proud to represent 🇺🇸 at the IBJJF Brasileiros and come home with a bronze medal. 🥉We came to Brazil to fight the best in the world, and that’s exactly what we did. It wasn’t the result we wanted, but no excuses.A huge thank you to my parents for always being in my corner, and most importantly, thank You, God, for making all of this possible.Now it’s back to the mats.
