I know in recent times the community is in an uproar, but there are still also those who are looking to support those who need it the most. I wanted to share some things you can do as a reader, creator, etc to help uplift these marginalized voices without over speaking them.

THE WRATH OF THE FALLEN 🗡️💜

I received an ARC of book 4 in the Gods & Monster series by @amber.v.nicole 😭😭😭 This is an epic fantasy romance that’s always in the back of my mind. Amber has such a detailed world that every time I think about the series I find myself seeing characters, their decisions, and their actions through a new lens.

Dianna has been my girl since the beginning and Samkiel, I don’t have the words. Also, Kaden… baby I’m OVERLY GOINGGGGG 😍 I’m lowkey scared to bust this open because I know it’s going to be pivotal moment in everyone’s journey but I gots to.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO @kensingtonbooks & @r0seandstar FOR THIS ARC 🫶🏽

happy fall 🤎

In the spirit of new seasons & chapters, I’m slowly returning to a space for the love of all things bookish. Going back to my cozy photos I started this page on, I had to capture a series that’s been monumental in giving me threads to weave a life that serves me. Lore of the Wilds by @analeighsbrana 🫶🏽

I’ve taken alot of time off and with that has come clarity and purpose…Sometimes, in life and the ventures you pursue, you get so caught up on the destination that you loose yourself in the journey. No longer finding joy in discovering the details of who you are because you have blinders on. Sometimes, you’ve got to say fuck that destination and do things for the journey of finding out about you.

Anyways, if you are still here thank you. If you reached out, thank you a million. I hope you to make this page a true reflection of me and my bookish shit one step at a time🤎

Kuxtal Academy 🤎

Hi friends I’m sharing some photos of this amazing edition by @authornellenikole & @mikayla.hornedo.author x @the.butterfly.bookclub and please 😍

For starters, Nelle and Mikayla’s cowriting is phenomenal, the words have hit a new part of me and they fuel each other’s fire. I also got the pleasure of meeting them both recently at IBF and it was a DREAM. Y’all are stuck with me🫶🏽

Kuxtal is a Mayan mythology inspired fantasy academy with characters who are about that action in more ways than one. If you love diverse characters finding themselves to fight a corrupt government with forbidden love!? This is for you 😍
Screaming & crying I will get to see my babies again @sinnersandstardustball NEXT MONTH 😍😍

birthday girl 🤍

hi hi hey it’s been a long while since I shown my face on here and since it’s my birthday, I figured why not🫶🏽

This year will be to discovering who I am outside of the confines of my comfort zone and loving myself. 🎉

Also want to say a big thank you to everyone who’s been kind to me during this season of grief and depression, each day looks different and my progress isn’t linear. However, I am finding hope and myself again.

forbidden desires panel recs 🖤

As we get closer & closer to @sinnersandstardustball I figured I would share some book recommendations for the panel that I’m moderating, Forbidden Desires ✨

Forbidden romances are top tier and don’t get me started on Taboo. If you’re attending S&S and love the angst of ‘we shouldn’t be doing this’ you definitely don’t want to miss this panel. 😛

Here are some recommendations that I have read + ones I’ve got my eye on 😍
