So pleased to say that I'm ditching the 'Assistant' to become Content Producer on Capital Breakfast with Jordan, Chris and Sian! What an absolute dream it is to be on this team and I cannot wait to see what else we can get up to 🌟💕🕺 by @bellasbroadcasts

Spoiler alert...she said yes! 💍

Capital's Secret Fiancé involves a mystery listener who plans their proposal with Jordan, Chris and Sian, live on air. With a voice-charger as a disguise, the Secret Fiancé drops hints about who their partner is, creating a nation-wide game of 'guess who'.

Two weeks of clue-dropping went by, and our amazing Secret Fiancé Darren was ready to propose to his partner Sophie! The plan all came together with a fancy breakfast at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a flash mob performance from @agapegospelcollective & @tom.grennan (swipe for sneaky rehearsal video), Sian Welby hiding in a cupboard, and loads of hidden cameras. Sophie had listened to Darren on Capital Breakfast over those last two weeks, having no idea he was talking about her!

Massive congrats to @darrenspe and Sophie, and thank you to the whole Capital team for your hard work - let's get cracking on next year! 🤫💕 taken in Jumeirah Carlton Tower by @bellasbroadcasts

Here's to 1 year of working on Capital Breakfast! 🥂

1 year has seen 1 on-air engagement, 1 show at a service station, 1 big note sung with the stars of Wicked, 2 shows dedicated to raising cancer awareness, endless 4am alarms and most importantly, numerous sausage rolls bought for a-listers. Such a dream to work with the best team in radio - can't wait for more madness @capitalofficial 🤩 by @bellasbroadcasts

And that's a wrap on Radio X!

The last 10 months have been an absolute JOY and I am so grateful to everyone who has contributed to that. My last day saw @toby_tarrant raise over £250,000 for @globals_make_some_noise and it was an incredible day to end on.

Thank you to everyone at @radiox and I'll see you soon 💚 taken in Radio X by @bellasbroadcasts

If it's good enough for Dolly Parton, it's good enough for us! 🤠

It was great to debrief Beyoncé's venture into country with her latest release, COWBOY CARTER, on BBC Radio Berkshire yesterday! It's an incredible, boundary-breaking record and a fascinating topic for discussion. Thank you so much to @alicehopkinss for having me 💜
