I’ve been practicing calligraphy since grade 6, using whatever cheap pens I could find. I even made all my classmates’ nametags in different fonts back then 🥹 Owning a fountain pen has always been a dream! My 12-year-old self would be so happy. Dreams really do come true. Thank you, Dra. Rose of Luis Pens Store for helping me choose my pen. 🫶 taken in Escolta by @belledinglasa

First time trying Turkish coffee, made by Budz @zdubgram of @kombibrew ☕️

I was fascinated by the process—traditionally brewed in a copper pot that’s been with Budz for 15 years.

Catch Kombibrew every morning Tue-Sun 8AM-5PM at Polilya, and don’t forget to pair your drink with their exclusive Polilya Breakfast Menu 🥰 #Kombibrew

My first turkish coffee made by Budz!

Beans today from Deuces 🫶

Grind the beans 🫶

Fine grind 🥰

Add hot water

Budz heating the copper pot 🔥

Boiling the coffee until there’s crema on top 🥰

Crema ^

Removing crema and serve in a layered ceramic cup to reduce coffee sediment before drinking ☺️

Akala ko mapait yung Turkish Coffee, hindi pala. Just right!!! Nagbigay pang random snack si Budz for the pairing 🤪🫶

Also ordered their new drink: Poblano 🥰
Love the umami in this drink, very balanced rin 😭

Yuzu + Kosho + Espresso 🔥 New fave!!!!!
It’s giving, ang sarap sa puso inumin!!!

Ordered “Kahel Brew” for my to-go drink before my shoot!!! 🤪

Thank you, Budz!!!! 🥰

Visit them in Polilya every morning!!! Ito yung vibe, pwede mag-work and mag breakfast 🥰

Kombibrew menu!!!

Exclusive Polilya breakfast menu 🥰 Masarap yung sisig 🫶

Visit them and feel the quiet version of Poblacion every morning 🥰 by @belledinglasa
