The @missgalaxypageant stage photos are IN… and we couldn’t be prouder of what we created!!

For the first time ever, Belle Le Chic Couture had 8 pieces grace the international stage as part of Team Australia, each one designed, created and brought to life with so much purpose @australia_galaxy_pageants 🇦🇺✨

And the result? 3 out of the 4 Pageant Couture Awards came home with Team Australia 🏆

From the first spark of inspiration, to the sketch, the construction, the final details and finally seeing these pieces under the Galaxy lights: this is what Inspiration to Creation is all about 🥹

Mother & daughter. Co-founders. Designers. Stylists. Event planners. Creative directors. The emails, the ideas, the late nights, the packing, the planning, the shoots, the fittings, the problem-solving: all of it.

POV: you own a fashion business and apparently “I have an event coming up” is a valid payment method 👗

We receive an honestly impressive number of enquiries asking for free dresses, gifted pieces or outfits in exchange for exposure, content or a few social media posts so much so that answering these enquiries has become a full-time job in itself…

And while we appreciate everyone who thinks of Belle Le Chic, our community understands the value behind what we create and the work that goes into every piece, styling experience and service we provide 🤍

We’ll always support where it makes sense for our business, but “free dress in exchange for exposure” can’t be the business model.

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who choose to support us, shop with us and understand that supporting a business also means valuing the work behind it 🫶🏼
