3 + 2 = 5

In Numerology, the number 5 represents change, freedom, and transformation.

As I move further into my 30’s, I notice the importance of metamorphosis 🦋

Change is the only constant. Change is necessary.

Stepping into this new year of life reminds me that most often, happiness is only a shift in mindset away.

Most people would have probably never known that I battled depression. A battle that at the root was due to being a version of me that I felt was necessary in order to be accepted. Shrinking because I believed being small made others comfortable and comfortable meant safety.

Looking back now, that battle is one of my greatest teachers.

It reminded me that the only way to truly win was to embrace myself fully.

The good. The bad. The ugly. The beautiful.

I also learned that emotions are a great teacher as well. They teach me that no matter how strongly I may feel them, their purpose is not to rule me. They show up to show me a path. A path that invites me to a deeper understanding of myself. A path of understanding why they are showing up. A path of what I am being asked to learn from them.

Every year feels like an epiphany (my favorite word for a reason).

A rebirth of self.

A reminder that in order to change, I must be willing to face what seems scary head on because there are treasures waiting on the other side.

This new year feels like the warm embrace of fully aligning with who I am.

It feels like being true to myself.

It feels like knowing that no matter how challenging things may seem, keep going.

It feels like winning alongside those who vibrate on the same frequency as you.

It feels like becoming.

And for those reasons and more, I give thanks.

I found a cold spring in Concord, NC 🌊

Water flowing straight from the earth, crisp and alive.

The best of the best, sourced by nature, offered freely.

This is the Creator’s reminder to us that everything we need is already provided. We just need to go to the Source.

Panama taught me that endings are really integrations 🌅

The final days tasted like gratitude. Every bite. Every sunset. Every shared laugh with great people is my reminder that joy is a practice.

I left with more than memories: I left with a deeper trust in savoring and surrendering.

My closing note: joy is something we actively have to choose, again and again.

Panama taught me that flow is just as sacred as structure 🌊

Midway through the trip, time slowed.

The ocean stretched wide, the city pulsed with energy, and I found myself moving between stillness and celebration.

Travel isn’t just about where you go—it’s about how the place rearranges you.

This was the reminder to surrender and let life move through me.

In Numerology, the number 4 represents: structure, stability, discipline and being grounded. The story of my life being a Life Path four. IYKYK.

Stepping into this new year of life has already revealed that and a big test of faith in myself.

I look back to last year. To first turning 30 to now. Reflecting on all my doubt, tears, and fears. And for the first time ever, I can clearly see the path unfolding before me that the Creator has me on and just how beautiful it is.

I am so grateful for all the opportunities continually given to me to be the best version of self on a moment to moment basis. I am so grateful that despite what I’ve gone through, I actively choose to be a source of love and support to those around me. I am so grateful to weather the storms and ride the waves that surely will come because…balance.

With all the lemons that came my way in abundance this year, lemonade was certainly made and it was delicious 🍋

Thank you to everyone who shared love with me for my Life Day 🙏🏼💜♎️

I am forever grateful to be in this life.

To experience all the polarities that remind me the importance of finding myself every single time. To healing and knowing my work in supporting that for not only myself, but especially for also those who need it. And to the beautiful community of people I come in contact with and have the honor of knowing and sharing space with.

This is 31 (4). So grateful. So blessed. So Loved. So Amazed.

(p.s. Saturn kicked my tail with my Saturn Return last year 😅😭. Still I Rise 🪷) 3 + 1 = 4
