Before there was a Method, there was a way of seeing the world.

Whether I was walking before sunrise, helping someone buy a home, practicing Feng Shui, offering Reiki, or having a coaching conversation, I kept noticing the same thing. There was always more being communicated than words alone could express.

This understanding has been part of my life for decades, long before I gave it a name.

Over time, those experiences helped shape what became the Energy Speaks First Method™.

Today, it is my life’s work, and I’m grateful to share it with you.

If you’d like to learn more about my work and the conversations we can have together, you’ll find a place to begin through the link in my bio. 💜 by @belletrankle

What is the Energy Speaks First Method™?

It’s a philosophy for living, expressed through a coaching system.

It grew from my understanding that energy is present in our everyday experiences, our environments, and our relationships.
When we begin recognizing what we’re sensing and how we respond to the world around us, we gain another perspective on ourselves and the choices we make.

At its heart, the Method is about remembering who you are and developing trust in what you already carry within you.

In the next pinned post, I’ll share how this philosophy becomes part of our coaching conversations.

Every coaching conversation begins wherever you are in life.

We explore your mindset, your energy, and the way your thoughts and beliefs influence your everyday experiences.

Our time together may include conversation, reflection, and energy healing, depending on what serves you and where you want to begin.

As you discover more about yourself, you can bring that understanding into your decisions, relationships, and the way you move through life’s changes.

My goal is for you to leave our conversations with greater confidence in your own wisdom and the ability to continue drawing upon it.

That is what coming home to yourself means to me.

A new month brings an opportunity to consider what we want to welcome into our lives.

Yesterday, I spent the day clearing and rearranging my office, applying Feng Shui principles and creating space for what I want to invite in.

It reminded me that our intentions become more meaningful when we participate in bringing them to life.

As November begins, what are you welcoming into your life, and what are you doing to make room for it?

I’d love to hear yours. 💜✨ by @belletrankle

A beautiful encounter on my walk at Arbor Hills today.

Hawks have long been associated with vision, awareness, intuition, and the ability to see beyond what’s immediately in front of us.

There’s something worth remembering in that symbolism.
Pay attention to what’s happening around you. Trust what you sense. Give yourself the space to see the bigger picture before deciding what comes next.

Observation is just as valuable as action. Stepping back doesn’t mean you’ve stopped moving forward.

Everything in life is a teacher. 💜

I love the discovery of art in nature!

I’ve been finding these heart-shaped rocks on my creek walks, and of course, I had to bring them home. Look how perfectly they fit together!

You never know what you’re going to come across when you start paying attention and noticing the little things.

If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to follow along. There’s always more to discover. 💜🌸 by @belletrankle

Have you ever noticed how the way you speak to yourself influences the way you respond to others?

When we’re carrying frustration, disappointment, or self-doubt, those feelings can find their way into our conversations, even when the person in front of us has nothing to do with what’s going on inside.

The same is true when we extend ourselves understanding, patience, and compassion. We begin to bring those qualities into our interactions with others.

This is one of the reasons I believe the conversations we have with ourselves deserve our attention.

They reveal so much about what we’re carrying, what we’re believing, and how we’re experiencing the people around us.

The more we learn to listen to ourselves, the more aware we become of what we’re bringing into our relationships.

What have your own inner conversations been revealing to you lately?

If you’d like to explore this more deeply, I offer private 1:1 coaching through the Energy Speaks First Method™. You can learn more through the link in my bio.

The other day, a dragonfly landed on my screen door. I noticed its frayed wings and wondered about its journey. How far had it traveled, and what had those delicate wings carried it through? It stayed there for the rest of the day and into the night.

The next morning, I went out with my coffee to catch the sunrise, and it was still there. I wondered if it was alive. As I slid open the screen door, it fell to the ground. I looked closely, but it didn’t move. I picked it up and placed it on a rock in my potted bougainvillea.
Eventually, I moved it to the soil, prayed over it, and expressed my gratitude that it had found a safe place in my little sanctuary for its final rest.

I’ve been thinking about those frayed wings. Those worn edges were evidence of a life lived.

And isn’t that true of our own journeys? We often look at our own frayed edges, the exhaustion, the chapters behind us, the mileage we’ve put in, as signs of wear or something we’ve lost along the way. Yet those marks are also evidence of everything we’ve experienced, the challenges we’ve navigated, the beauty we’ve witnessed, and the strength that has carried us through.

Perfect wings aren’t required to soar. There is wisdom in the journey, including the moments when we need to rest.

Sometimes life’s most meaningful lessons arrive in the most unexpected ways.

How much of our energy do we spend trying to manage things that were never ours to control?

What someone thinks about us. How they respond. Whether they understand our intentions. The choices they make.

We can care about people, offer support, communicate what matters to us, and still recognize where our responsibility ends.

When we begin noticing where our attention goes, we may also recognize how much of our energy we’ve invested in outcomes that belong to someone else.

We can bring that attention back to ourselves. We can listen to what we’re feeling, honor our boundaries, and choose how we want to respond.

There is freedom in recognizing the difference.

What have you learned about letting go of what isn’t yours to control?

Looking back at this sunny afternoon as a cold front moves into Dallas today.

I’ve come to appreciate moments like these, especially when I’m considering a decision. Stepping away gives me room to reflect, and returning to something later can bring a different perspective.

There’s value in revisiting thoughts, conversations, or decisions. What we understand today can change how we see something from yesterday.

Have you ever returned to something and discovered that your perspective had changed?

There are truths we recognize before we’re ready to acknowledge them.

We’ve seen the signs and felt the discomfort. Sometimes we find ourselves returning to the same question. When we finally acknowledge what we’ve known all along, things begin to change. We may reconsider a belief or a direction we’ve been following for years. What matters is what we choose to do with the truth once we’re willing to face it.

Have you ever known something long before you were ready to admit it to yourself?
