Not the typical beauty standard. Yet, I'm beyond grateful for achieving off my personal fitness goals this 2025.

Firsts:
Hiking
Sky surfing
Pilates
Crossfit-like (duo competition, 2nd place🥹)
Hybrid training
Spartan Race
Run race (hit my PR 🥹)
Calisthenics street workout (w/ mini challenge got a trophy 😅)
Aerial hammock
Aerial sling
Tennis
Rope Flow
Yoga
Boxing

Already experienced & willllll continue do:
Paddle boarding (every Feb)
Calisthenics workout (usual training)
Weight training / gym

I JUST REALIZED:
Life is too short to not to try something that will make you happy. As long as you’re not stepping on someone’s life do it. Your strength is truly a gift from God. 🫶🏼

I never thought that this would be so much fun than I expected! I’m so excited with the glazed result.

They say if you did it before pregnancy, you can usually keep doing it. With extra caution, of course!

Pregnancy has definitely humbled me. The first trimester was so rough. The second has been the most okay so far (but still very careful), and I know the third will be the hardest. And let’s not forget the recovery!

But through it all, I’m so excited for this journey of becoming a mom again—and eventually getting back into the sports I used to do. Let me share with you my another journey 💪🏻🫶🏼💕

My greatest surprise, yet my biggest gift this year.

It may be unexpected, but I am excited to be a mommy again. I know it will be challenging to go back to my sports life, but I am glad to share this journey once more.

My first trimester was so challenging that I almost lost him. But God is so good to have taken care of my baby. In just almost two months, I’ll finally see him.

How amazing is the female body to bear another life inside it—and to go back into shape, no matter how challenging it could be.
