To round up an eventful week for our film, we’re sharing a very special performance.

Our core production team didn’t know Bel, and this clip was how we first met her, after her death.

For director Louise Lockwood, she knew immediately that she was witnessing something really special. That despite the profound loss, something of Bel could live on through her stunning music.

Every one of us remembers watching this footage for the first time, hearing Bel’s voice for the first time. Whilst we never saw her play live, we understood that she’d left a legacy behind that deserved to be shared with the world. And most importantly one that her family wanted to share.

So watch, and listen, and share, and please do come and see our film.

There is one last chance to see BEL at a Scottish cinema tomorrow night @lanternhousecinema in Cumbernauld [just 20 minutes from Glasgow] ticket link below.

More on where else you can see it after that at the weekend. For now, here is Bel, singing Hold the Mirror. by @belthemovie

BEST NEWS EVER 🌟✨⭐️⭐️⭐️✨🌟

We are so delighted and proud to share that Bel’s stunning debut album Heir of the Cursed has been long-listed for the SAY Award.
Thank you @sayaward @the_smia

We are so pleased for everyone involved, especially her sister Leah and everyone who supported her to make the album happen following Bel’s death.

Leah said –“I know wherever Beldina is she is dancing with delight, but her quote is probably unprintable.”

The album is a beautiful work of art, which showcases Beldina’s talent perfectly.

Buy it at heirofthecursed.co.uk [or stream it free and tell three friends]

Come and see @Belthemovie at one of its final outings to hear her voice and help us celebrate. by @belthemovie
