Shout out to @attorney.jeff for snapping these photos of the Audi at the @bemysecretevents / @bemysecretlasvegas show this past weekend! Had a blast out there. The show was incredible and getting to link up with some of the @team.elevate_ West coast chapters was amazing!

I’ve been meaning to get around to posting these. @hugginhomies and I found time to see what was going on during the @bemysecretevents x @gearheadsociety_ show last weekend, and it was genuinely a chill day all around. I asked him if he would be down to help and record some of the show with my camcorder, and he did great on the stuff he managed to get. Thanks man! Anw, Cars, cosplays, and anime, cannot complain whatsoever. I had fun! Hopefully they come around next year, and I can find time to go both days, since we could only make it to the 2nd day lol

So here, I approach shooting how I normally do at things like these. I try to get the feeling of 2000s tuner mags down with some close range, dutch angled, deeply saturated flash photography that I think most gearheads would appreciate. But there was one thing that was extremely different, you’ll see that later in the post…

I love it when I see RC cars roaming around shows like these. I feel like no one gets these kinds of photos. But this is not the thing I’m talking about.

It’s like Formula RC vibes here. There was a whole track that was built in the middle of it all. Keep going.

Aside from the cars themselves, I wounded up working with a couple of models that were associated with the show. Got some bangers. Really proud of what we got :)
Massive thanks to @itselianaolia for taking the time out of her time being there to pose for me! I could only post a few, but again, absolute HEAT here.

Absolutely stunning! And she wears it well. She knows lol

There was lots of opportunities for dynamic shots to be had since there was a lot of space left over from the sheer size of the warehouse that this show was being held in. I would love to take people here for a one-on-one model shoot, it felt so cool when you noticed it

Of course, this was also an ANIME focus to whole thing, and I saw sooooo many passionate people there dressing up in ways that cause one to just admire from afar, regardless of whether or not their characters were well known. I didn’t know most of them, like this one right here, but it was still a treat to see all the detail!
I got this shot by posting up behind another cameraman that was more int by @bemysecretevents
