CrossFit games 2026 flew 💨😮‍💨 by @ben.milner08

14th fittest in the world 🌍
From a 20th place online semi finals. I wasn't expecting much. So to come away with 2 10th place finishes , one in a lifting event. And an event win, ain't too bad.
There is definitely more to come.

Can't believe I'm even writing this but I have qualified for the CrossFit games. I knew this was my last shot and gave it all I could over the moon with 4 out of 5 workouts coming top 20 in 3 of not my best workouts. And top 10 in a decent workout for me. However as I knew one workout can affect you so much on big online competitions like this and it did.

With video reviews I managed to move from 26th into a qualifying spot of 19th. Just want to say massive thanks to everyone at CrossFit Jacana at the weekend for making sure my standards were high. As shown this was very important as it has affected some people massively.

All of this couldn't have been done with all the support I have had from @coachcrudge and from all the jst camps , and people around me @_strong101.

The real hard work has to be put in now. Next up California @crossfitgames. by @ben.milner08

Second in the 17-18 male division at the IF3 European Championships.

At the start of this year plenty of people would have written Ben Milner off. Not strong enough. Not ready. There were moments he doubted it himself.

But that is the thing about an underdog. Nothing to lose, everything to fight for. So he fought for every scrap, every inch.

Qualifying for the Games: ✅
Competing at the Games ✅
Podium at Europeans: ✅
Worlds incoming. Coming 🔜

Ben trains with our junior and youth squad, and this is what he has just shown every athlete in it. The podium is not reserved for someone else. One of their own stood on it.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

Congratulations Ben. Worlds next.

If you have a young athlete who wants to compete properly, DM us JUNIORS and we will tell you how the squad works.
