And turn them into an extremely competitive bodybuilder within their first season 🏆

1 year with @riminimiloro 🤝

Think that potential might be coming through... but what do I know?🤪

Spent this year solely focusing on key areas to balance out her physique.

Mostly creating depth through her glutes and hams and bringing up the lats to match her upper back.

The fire has been lit after this weekend.

The Hames Brothers

(minus the middle one but he has a real job and actually saves lives, we just make people jacked and shredded, he makes them not dead... He's a Paramedic)

Yugioh Cards > Halo reach > Black Clover > Monster Hunter World > Competitive Bodybuilding coaching

Its a logical evolution over time apparently

26 LBS DOWN AND WEDDING READY!💍🥳

@aimeetrains_aimeelifts had absolutely smashed this diet out of the park and I couldn't be more proud.

I've been lucky enough to do two wedding preps this year and they've both meant the absolute world to me.

My parents still cherish photos from their wedding day to this day, and so, to even be a small part of someone else's is really something else.

There's nothing I love more than seeing someone be able to walk down the aisle with complete confidence in themselves...

Even better when it's a funky Las Vegas wedding😎

@elliott_minnett 5 days out PCA Wales!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Flat and post legs in these photos and still looking nuts so things are going to get pretty silly over these next few days...

Loading starts tomorrow.

Elliott has always managed his own preps in the past and my god can the man push himself...🤣

Unfortunately that's also been his undoing.

In chasing that condition and not allowing himself to pull back, he's lost the "pop" to his physique in the past, which sets him apart from others.

The final few weeks of prep aren't about just digging harder...

You need to steadily guide the body there, pushing and pulling as required.

And he's absolutely nailed it this time.

Very excited for this weekend.

Going to be a whole other Elliott this time round😎 by @ben_aegis

pt.2 as requested x

If you find yourself relating to any of these, maybe it's time to have a little rethink about who you trust with your health and progress🤷‍♂️ by @ben_aegis

Check in with Josh today at @be_modified_gym

6 weeks out from PCA FT5 Juniors and exactly where we need him to be.

Sitting at 197 lbs with a tonne of tools still to use.

Body is hyper responsive to any change at the moment so getting him absolutely skinned out his mind won't be an issue.

Bit of food in today then back to digging.

We know exactly how much he needs to fill now, so just a case of refeeding as and when needed to maintain performance.

Still training 6 x per week and progressing every session so no worries there📈

4 weeks to get skinned then 2 weeks of refining and cruising in to the show...

Gonna be good fun. by @ben_aegis

3 weeks of recomp done... time to dig🪏

Sitting at 218 lbs, the heaviest I've ever been and in significantly better condition than the end of the last gaining phase.

Size has come back very quickly. I've never actually seen myself grow this fast, it's pretty cool.

But there's no runway to push weight up further here without running into issues.

Likely spend 10-12 weeks dieting, but it's more a case of getting lean enough to be in a responsive state and able to stay in a gaining phase until prep starts early 2027.

Shoulder has significantly improved although still work to be done there (as shown by my horrific back double bicep) and the knees have been playing ball too.

Feels good to be back. by @ben_aegis
