I’ve personally bought 9 properties in Melbourne since the budget 🏠

1 house
1 townhouse
3 villas
4 units

All under $500k.

All yielding 5–8%.

All bought below market value.

And all in Melbourne which is my #1 market for the next few years.

That surprises people especially post budget.

Sentiment is low. Investors have left. Prices have barely moved.

But isn’t that when you’re supposed to buy?

I’d rather buy something when it’s on sale than when everyone else wants it.
