Welcome to the roster, @ben_pier. He started shooting photos in high school in St. Louis, went to art school in Chicago, and eventually landed in New York City, where the punk bands he’d been photographing started asking him to direct their music videos. He never saw stills and motion as separate pursuits, and it shows. His photographs have always dropped people into a scenario and built a bigger story around a single frame.

Ben now joins Greencard for U.S. commercial stills and directing, bringing candor, movement, and a subtle wink of dark humor to everything he shoots. Find his reel on our website; link in bio. by @ben_pier
