I couldn’t think of a better way to finish off the year than supporting @bradtreloar and @taniagrant83 with this concert of their students performing for their families and friends after another huge year of learning. Congratulations, in advance, to all the wonderful performers. by @benandersonsound

It has been a pleasure to spend another week with @parallax_performing_arts supporting their end of year shows - this week with their show Musical Revue. There’s nothing like running headsets in a shed to keep the chops in check. Thanks so much @jordan.punsalang and @fritzie.punsalang for having me and congratulations to all of the outstanding performers. by @benandersonsound

It’s also a pleasure, as always, to support @parallax_performing_arts this week with their production of Showdance. Thankyou @z.araadams for looking after this one and @fritzie.punsalang and @jordan.punsalang for your support. It was nice to be able to sit and watch some of the show during rehearsals for once and take in all of the creativity! by @benandersonsound

It’s a pleasure to support @karenfeldmansdancestudio this weekend with their productions of Frozen Kids and The Little Mermaid. Chookas to all! by @benandersonsound

It’s been a pleasure to support the GSODA Jr Players this week with their production of Chasing the Light. Congratulations to all of the committee, parents and all involved for working so hard to provide these young actors the opportunity to perform in the @geelongartscentre. This is such a beautiful show and the passion of these young performers oozes off the stage.

Meanwhile, we have 2 other shows moving into their second week: @geelongacademyofperformingarts with their production of Peter Pan Jr at Belmont High School and @stageartsgeelong with Wizard of Oz Youth Edition at Grovedale College - each with multiple casts performing.

We are so lucky to be able to support so many young performers with their end of year productions in this busy November! Chookas all! by @benandersonsound

A lot has been happening here and limited time to hit the socials so just punching out a bit of an update.

For the second time this year, this week is our busiest on record, with 6 different locations running 7 different shows. It has taken a lot of organisation to put it together.

We have been working hard to stock high quality equipment and support personnel to run multiple concurrent productions.
There are 4 A&H dLive consoles, 110 radio microphones (Shure QLXD,ULXD,Axient Digital, Sennheiser EW-DX - 86 of which have DPA microphones) and Multiple Fulcrum Acoustics PA systems out in the wild this week.

Very proud to receive a guild nomination for sound design with @westernartstheatreinc and their production of The Drowsey Chaperone. This show was beautiful, and thanks so much to @z.araadams for operating the run. It is increasingly difficult to provide a high quality product at an affordable price point and this nomination in a category dominated by those with far more resources at their disposal exemplifies all of the hard work that we put in behind the scenes in support of community theatre.

Quality, Care, Consistency. by @benandersonsound

This show couldn’t happen without these volunteers giving their time to support the show - unsung heroes back stage. On behalf of myself and GLTS - Thank you for all your professionalism and support for community theatre - exceptional! by @benandersonsound
