Hey, guys! It’s been a while since I’ve made a post like this and a lot has changed in between “me” posts!

I’m really glad you’re here and following along on my wildlife photography journey.

My name is Ben and I’m a wildly passionate wildlife photographer based in Idaho. I’m married to Em (short for Emilee) who is the GOAT and the LOML. She does photography now, too, by the way! And her photos are amazing.

We got married last year and have our canine companion, Brady, who you can see in these photos is the most handsome, stoic boi.

We love living soooo close to Yellowstone and Grand Teton and have been LOVING getting to know other parts of the GYE that we had not discovered prior to moving here.

Ever since I was a little kid I have longed for the life I am so blessed to live now. Working my marketing job by day (just hit 5 years at my company wahoo!) and getting out into the wild places near our home whenever we get the chance.

Living 30 minutes away from grizzly and wolf county is unreal!

The little kid obsessed with wolves, Balto, dog sledding, animal tracks, animal facts, and all things dogs would be really happy with the life we’re living today.

Ultimately, I want my work to impact conservation. I want people to see my work and want to know the story behind the image and be inspired to learn more about the animal.

Wolves are my favorite animal and it ain’t close, and I’m particularly dedicated to helping them wherever I can. Some other “Top 10” animals pictured in this post—Canada lynx, bobcat, grizzly, otter, kit fox, great gray owl, pine marten, and mountain goat!

I am so humbled and appreciative of all of you for following along over the years and for the incredible people I’ve met and friends I’ve made through this hobby/lifestyle. Thanks for everything!🙏🏻 taken in Idaho by @benbwildlife

31. Hard to believe the last year went by so fast! I feel like 30 was just yesterday… BUT what a year it has been! I have been so blessed and I am so thankful that God has given me such a wonderful life. My heart is full. Some of my favorite photos from 30-31.
