"Po Po"
Easily done in 2008.
This track never made it on an album but was low key one of the favorites.
Had a beat to it but Dale made this beat and it just smashed it.
Also 👏🏽About a year later NaS used the same sample in "Cops Keep Firing" off his Nigger mixtape.
Coincidence? I doubt it. .

"Soca Love" :
If you ever wanted someone who don't want you, this is your song - Shouldve been the title but nah.
Recorded in Paris with my Dominican brother Dion Henderson.
This was one of the two songs we made together.
Keeping the zouk beat pulsing, fun fact - alot of my Angolan friends geeked out at this song cos it's like Kizomba which is massive in Angola and If you don't know Zouk is one of the biggest sounds in Dominica and most of the Caribbean.
Mad like Soca smooth like zouk.

Alot of pressure these days on girls to be "bad" girls. - This ones for the girls that rappers don't rap about.
Do you baby.

"Don't see"
Had to really rap for this one.
This track is an absolute classic so also had to come from the soul or I was wasting everyone's time.
Took time to speak on Cape Town specifically as it was when there were alot of xenophobic attacks.
Scope and perspective is everything so when the lights go on there's so much that they done see...

"Papa"
@bencaesar
As real as it gets.
A consistent favourite with fans Caesar.
In fact this song leaked from studio and was receiving feedback before it was even released. -
Caesars very personal story looking at pain but more than that redemption and forgiveness.
