Dear Parent/Guardian,

What kind of adult will your teenager become?
The teenage years are some of the most defining years of life. The values, convictions, and habits formed now will shape the future.
By God’s grace, we have spent years mentoring young people through the creative space.

Today, many of those we invested in are pastors, filmmakers, business owners, corporate executives, and leaders making a godly impact in different spheres of society. Our focus has never been talent alone—it has been raising young people with character, purpose, leadership, and an unshakable faith in Christ.

This August, we are opening that same opportunity to 200 teenagers.

No matter your concerns about your child, release them to us for these few days. Through God’s Word, intentional mentorship, creative learning, and the help of the Holy Spirit, we trust God to ignite purpose, build character, and strengthen their walk with Him.

“Out of the mouths of babes and infants You have ordained strength.” — Psalm 8:2

Teen Bootcamp 3rd–15th August Not a residential (stay-in) camp.

Give your teenager the opportunity to grow, discover purpose, and become all God has called them to be.

Spaces are limited to 200 participants.

 Register early!

A smooth film set doesn’t happen by chance, it happens through proper planning.

I recently worked on a production where the crew spent hours waiting because of poor scheduling and actor availability clashes. Time was wasted, energy dropped, and the production paid the price.

One lesson every producer should learn: don’t cut corners when it comes to scheduling. Hire a competent Assistant Director (AD) or production scheduler who understands how to build an efficient shooting schedule, manage actor call times, and maintain continuity.

Good scheduling saves time, protects your budget, and keeps your cast and crew productive. Trying to save money by skipping this role often ends up costing far more.

Remember: being penny wise and pound foolish has no place on a professional film set.

The Reality of Time Pressure on Film Sets

Everyone wants a great film, but great work takes time. Too often, film crews are expected to deliver magic within impossible deadlines, squeezing entire productions into just a few days.

The result? Creativity takes a back seat, crew members become physically and mentally exhausted, and the quality of the work begins to suffer. Working 14 to 18 hours a day isn’t a badge of honor it’s a recipe for burnout, mistakes, and long-term health issues.

Better planning, realistic production schedules, and respect for the people behind the camera don’t just make for a healthier set, they also lead to better films. Because when the crew has the time and energy to do their best work, everyone wins..

Rent Smart. Shoot Smarter. 🎥

A quick tip for every filmmaker out there.

When you’re renting equipment, don’t go alone. If you have a Director of Photography, take them with you. They’ll notice things you might miss and make sure the gear is exactly what you need.

Another thing try to pick up your equipment a day before the shoot. Don’t wait until the morning of production. That extra day gives you enough time to test everything and replace any faulty gear without disrupting your schedule.

And before you leave the rental house, check every single item. Turn on the camera. Test the lenses. Check the batteries, lights, monitors, memory cards and everything. The worst time to discover a problem is when your cast and crew are already waiting on set.

Finally, don’t get carried away by the newest camera in the market. The best camera isn’t always the latest one, it’s the one you know how to use well. A filmmaker who understands their gear will always get better results than someone chasing specs.

Good preparation makes for a smooth production. Don’t just rent gear- rent with purpose.
