Died from the flu after my meet. Now I’m killing my self with volume 😅 by @benchmack_
If this is the outcome that accompanies a second place medal, I will accept defeat every time. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. 9/9 on the platform. Three PRs. Added 100 lb to my squat. Bench state record, and a pro total. 🖤 Squat: 396.8, bench: 264.6, deadlift: 380.3. 1,041.7 lb total. There is no better feeling than absolutely crushing the goals you have poured your heart into for months. I have to hand it to @who_is_jed13 for prepping me for this one. Taking on training your partner is a HUGE task, but you silenced my self-doubt and saw possibilities for today I could hardly dream of from the get go. Thank you for pushing me to my limit- even on the days I wanted to fight you for it. And thank you for suffering through a massive kidney stone today to make sure it all came together for me. Lastly, Thank you to everyone who came out and supported me today!! This will be remembered as one of my favorite days yet. I love you all. I am so blessed. 🩵 by @benchmack_
