“The cross is a door. It’s a doorway from non-access to access to the very presence of God. To the relationship that is available with God. To draw near.”

🔥 BEN + HEATHER JOHNSON ARE JOINING US MONDAY

We’re so excited to have Ben & Heather Johnson from FA Church Calgary joining us for the Monday add-on at Carry the Fire!

They’ve been married for 31 years and are coming to bring something we think our generation needs more of: honest, real-life wisdom about relationships, marriage, dating, and building something that lasts.

They’ll be in the room, part of the conversations, and joining our live Q&A — giving you the chance to ask the questions you actually want answered. 👀

Dating. Singleness. Marriage. Communication. Conflict. Choosing well. Building healthy relationships.

Nothing is off limits. 🔥

Monday isn’t just more sessions — we’re creating space for real conversations, real questions, and real wisdom with people who have actually walked it out.

📅 Monday, August 24
📍 Sunnyside Camp | Sylvan Lake
➕ Optional Monday add-on to Carry the Fire

Come with your questions. You’re going to want to be in the room.

“Pastoring is a lot like parenting.”

On the latest episode of The Pastorate Podcast, Jason sits down with Ben Johnson for a conversation on pastoral stewardship, generational legacy, and what it looks like to lead a nearly century-old church into its next chapter. Ben is the Lead Pastor of First Assembly Calgary, a Pentecostal church planted 97 years ago that has helped birth many other Pentecostal congregations across both Calgary and western Canada.
