Josh Lay (he/him) @fitjoshlay , is a London based trainer, worldwide performer and an emerging queer DJ, bringing fitness and club culture together 🪩 With a background in dance, stage and screen, Josh has been blending strength and conditioning into his training since he was young. During lockdown, he took that passion online, creating free classes to keep himself sane and followers entertained. Since then, he’s taken his teaching into London gyms, bringing his performance background and infectious energy along for the ride. Josh is a strong believer that exercise raises your vibrations, and what you put in is what you get out. SASS is a safe space for people to work out on the floor together in a high-energy environment ⚡️ Come meet Josh on the mat, find your rhythm and get a little SASS in your life — code SASS20 for 20% off 🕺 — 📅 Thursdays at 6pm 👥 All Queers 📍 WIP LDN 📲 Link in bio to book your spot by @bend.movement

Weekly appreciation post for the bbz who bring the sweat, smiles and good vibes, keep moving and connecting x by @bend.movement
Meet Fran (they/them) @fitnesswithfranldn , coach, personal trainer and founder of Built Different, a queer lifting and movement club 🏋️ With a background in strength training, martial arts and action performance, Fran is all about helping people discover what their bodies can do. You can expect no judgement, gatekeeping or gym bro bullshit that can make traditional gym spaces feel a bit intimidating. Their sessions are about more than lifting heavy things. It’s about learning useful skills, asking questions, making mistakes and building the confidence to do things your own way. All while having a laugh, obviously. And Fran’s ultimate coaching goal? “To leave my sessions feeling like they need me less, not more. The goal is to give you the skills, confidence and enough knowledge to eventually tell me to jog on so you can train on your own.” Well said Fran, well said 👏 — 📅 Wednesdays at 5pm 👥 All Queers 📍 WIP LDN 📲 Link in bio to book your spot by @bend.movement
