My intention for 2019 was to be the happiest, healthiest version of myself. I have accomplished a big step towards this resolution and am officially a certified yoga and fuse instructor 🙌 I am extremely proud that I decided to take that big step to do this for me and having completed this challenging and rewarding experience. However, the moment is bittersweet as I associate my training with my sweet girl being incredibly sick during the training. About a month ago during the last hours of the course, we lost our Teak to her auto immune disease. I still struggle that she is no longer with us and to not have any guilt, wondering if I could have done more. I grieve and my heart will heal with time. I know to focus on the good and remember that we gave her the happiest and most spoiled 3 years she could have. My decision to embrace yoga is timely. I will hold her deep in my heart and channel her energy as I continue on with my yoga and wellness journey. One day I will see her again, meeting at the rainbow bridge ❤️ by @bendflexeat
