word on the street is we’ve been making some changes 🥛 🌱

Our house-made alternative milks are now fresh, seed oil free, and made with organic ingredients — because what goes into the drink matters just as much as the drink itself.

And pistachio might already be the favorite 👀

House-made pistachio milk + matcha + pistachio syrup + vanilla cold foam + pistachio crumbs.

Try it as matcha or coffee 💚

🇩🇴@bendicioncafe has officially become one of my favorite cafés in Miami — and YES, I’m standing on it: the matcha AND iced coffee are 🔥🔥🔥

I tried the Cinnamon Toast Iced Latte ☕️ and their Strawberry Matcha 🍓🍵… and Bendición, y’all are doing something RIGHT.

And the best part? It’s right at FIU! 🐾💙💛

Which are you choosing: MATCHA 🍵 or ICED COFFEE ☕️?

BUT FIRST, iced coffee.
THEN, matcha.
Actually… just get both.

Our iced coffee lineup + Matcha Series are here, with sweet, creamy, fruity, and seriously good flavors for every kind of craving.🤩

The only hard part? Deciding what to order first.

Building Bendición has taught us more than we ever expected.

None of these lessons came from books. They came from early mornings, long days behind the trailer, conversations with customers, mistakes, and simply choosing to keep showing up.

We’re still learning every day, and if you’re building something of your own, we hope one of these reminds you that you’re not alone.

And the biggest lesson of all? None of this would be possible without you. Every visit, every share, every recommendation, and every cup you buy helps us continue building this dream. Thank you for believing in Bendición. 🤍
