Long Back Stretch

One of my fav exercise which can be quite challenging.

Requires demand of shoulder stability, core control, hip extensors and articulation of your spine

Tendon Stretch Progression

💎Press carriage away
💎Sit to pike
💎Press carriage away in hover
💎Small range Tendon Stretch
💎Full range Tendon Stretch

Take the time to own each piece and the full movement becomes much more accessible.
