We asked many members of our community, students, teachers, and parents, a simple question: What is Benedictine and what does it mean to you?

There were so many incredible and thoughtful responses and this video only scratches the surface. Perhaps, though, it will give you an idea of how special and life changing a place this is for our community. This is a place where we come together and improve incrementally every day where talent can thrive.

On this night, the night of the Blue and White Gala, we come together to acknowledge this incredible community and to give back to our current and future Men of Benedictine.

This community wouldn’t be able to exist without investment: the investment of time and talent of our students, faculty, and staff, the investment of our parents, and the investment of our incredible community. by @benedictinehs

💙 Tonight, the Benedictine Community comes together to celebrate the 23rd Annual Blue & White Gala!

Our theme—Before, Between, Beyond—reflects the lifelong journey of becoming a Man of Benedictine. From the moment a young man considers joining our brotherhood, through his transformative four years on campus, and long after he graduates, he is forever part of the Benedictine legacy.

Even if you couldn’t join us in person, we invite you to experience the heart of this evening by watching the official film of the 2025 Blue & White Gala: Record Breakers.

The Gala plays a crucial role in providing tuition assistance for our students. If you’d like to support the Men of Benedictine, you can make a contribution at www.cbhs.edu/give or by using the link in our bio.

Thank you for being part of our mission! 💙🤍 #BlueAndWhiteGala #ForeverABengal by @benedictinehs

The @bengalpaw12 club has had an exciting set of back to back meetings. Last week, Ginny Russ brought in 5 kittens she was fostering as a volunteer with the APL. The PAW club learned how they could volunteer to foster animals and about what resources the APL provides.

This week, the Herps Alive Foundation visited and brought in with them turtles, reptiles, and snakes for a fun show and tell. This was accompanied by a discussion of different genetic traits held by these creatures along with their diet, origins, and distinct behaviors. by @benedictinehs

Congratulations to Benedictine student David Miracle for being part of the Geis Scholarship Program and being recognized for this achievement!

The Geis scholarship is open to students who are refugees, immigrants, or children of first generation immigrants enrolled in Catholic high schools. As immigrants themselves, Erwin and Katherine Geis established this Fund as a lasting legacy to their family’s commitment to providing a quality Catholic education to eligible students.

Benedictine is proud to support students, like David, who are working hard to reach their goals and build a bright future. For more information on this scholarship and others, visit the tuition assistance page on the Diocese website.

Great young men aren't just born. They're built, one daily habit at a time.
For 100 years, Benedictine has formed young men of character. We're proud to now partner with Heroic, a platform that gives our students simple, practical tools to build focus, confidence, and character. Together, we're helping them turn those qualities into daily habits that will serve them for a lifetime.
Because the goal isn't simply to build better students. It's to build men of character who are ready to lead, serve, and live with purpose. by @benedictinehs
