Eight years ago, I wasn’t looking for Pilates. I was looking for a way to feel better—physically, mentally, and in everyday life.

After years of constant anxiety, chronic stress, and an overwhelmed nervous system, I knew something had to change. I wasn’t looking for a quick fix. I was looking for something I could actually sustain.

Pilates became that for me.

It taught me that wellness isn’t about doing more or pushing harder. It’s about building strength, creating balance, and creating habits that support you for life.

Over time, it didn’t just change the way I moved. It changed the way I live. It helped me reconnect with myself and showed me that taking care of my body and mind can feel supportive instead of overwhelming.

That journey led me to create Benestar.

A space to inspire a strong body, a calm mind, and an inspired life.

Today, Benestar has grown into digital classes you can take from anywhere, teaching in studios across Stockholm and Mallorca, and hosting events that bring people together.

I’m so grateful for this community and for everyone who’s been part of the journey so far.
