In January 2026, that dream took a huge step forward when we were invited to launch at @erewhon — a milestone we had been working toward for so long. But at the time, I was eight months pregnant 🀰, with two young children, and a team member,Sakura was still in college. There were moments when I wondered if we would really be able to make it happen. Thankfully, our baby arrived safely, Sakura graduated, and we were able to spend two unforgettable months in LA with our families, launching BENI BITES at Erewhon. 🇺🇞 Meeting customers, hearing store teams say “Congratulations!”, and sharing our story with so many people made these two months incredibly special. I’m so grateful to my Team BENI BITES, my family, and everyone in Japan who has supported us along the way. This was more than just entering the U.S. market. It was a dream we finally got to experience with our own hands. And this is just the beginning. 🍠❀ #BENIBITES #ベニバむツ #Japanesesweetpotato #driedsweetpotato #干し芋バヌ by @benibites
