Last weekend, I had the incredible honor of judging a case competition hosted by @tamidwlu at Wilfrid Laurier University. TAMID is a student group that connects students with international consulting and finance opportunities through real-world projects with Israeli companies.

It was so much fun to be back on a university campus sharing what I've learned—and genuinely learning from the presentations! The students were incredibly bright, articulate, prepared, and persuasive. I even skipped a yoga class to attend (a rarity for me!), and it was absolutely worth it.

A huge shout-out to co-Presidents Tamir Leibson and Gina Pearlman for successfully leading TAMID WLU through its impressive debut beta year.

LEASED! Our team is proud to announce a new lease of 25,029 SF at 1668 King Street East, Kitchener.

The building better known to most as the former Schwaben Club will soon welcome a new chapter as @retailtherapykw. Retail Therapy is the retail arm of the Domestic Violence Victim’s Alliance (DVVA), founded in 2022 by @amandakroetsch, a survivor and advocate who has turned her lived experience into meaningful community impact.

Retail Therapy does more than resell gently used goods. Proceeds support DVVA programs, and, importantly, survivors of domestic violence are able to shop free of charge — providing dignity, relief, and the chance to begin again.

It was a privilege to represent this inspiring organization in securing their new space. Thank you to Amanda, the DVVA board including my friends @cateringfungi and @brenda_halloran_weddings for their leadership and commitment to this cause.

A sincere thank-you as well to the listing team — Jordan Palmer, Kristin Bard and Joshua Buffinga — and to the landlord partners @woodhouse.group and @vivedevelopment for their collaboration in bringing this deal together.

I look forward to seeing this important initiative thrive in its new home - go check them out, bring some well loved clothing to donate, and leave with something new; I found a great pair of loafers that still had a price tag on the bottom ! by @benjamin.bach_
