22 PMH 🤯 🚀 There are many elements of developing speed. This days focus was top speed being able to maintain an upright posture but most importantly using the hip to drive force into the ground. Speed is not only about how quick you can cycle your legs but also and debatable more so about how much force you can put into the ground to push you forward. Ensuring that you are striking the right under your hip!
