What up homies we are fight for light! A men’s mental and physical wellbeing community created by @benjamin_canute and @common_child_03 Our mission is to create stronger, healthier men. We focus on creating a safe and open space for all to express their emotions and struggles. We have weekly meet ups every Sunday at 10am we run, we do some calisthenics and then we have a circle where each individual is welcome to speak about life and their highs and lows. At the end we set goals for the week and this helps us keep accountable and focus on self improvement!
