To lose a child is to lose The very heart and soul of you, that was us on 11.11.2020 when our first born Benjamin died of Brain Cancer.
We tried everything for our story to have gone differently. We can’t fix or change this day but I can certainly love and honor him unconditionally for the rest of my life.

My mind will always replay what my heart can’t delete , and for this I am grateful. We love you so much Ben, we honor your beautiful life today and always.

What a beautiful night at the Live Like Bella Ball.

A night filled with hope, love, and purpose for so many children and families in the fight against pediatric cancer.

For me, it was also a reminder of why I continue to serve and sow wholeheartedly into this community. This space holds such a deep purpose in my heart. To witness children who have faced some of their hardest days stand strong, keep fighting, and come out like the true champions that they are. You are my hero!

This is why I serve. This is why I advocate. And this is why I will continue to use my voice for children fighting cancer and for the families walking beside them.

We are so grateful to everyone who made this special night possible. 💛🎗️

A huge thank you @miamirollerrink for Going GOLD with us and helping us bring our community together for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 🎗️

And to our incredible community, your love, support, and generosity do not go unseen. Every person who showed up, shared, and supported helped make this night meaningful.

Together, we continue bring hope to children and families in the fight against childhood cancer.

All donations collected will go to The Live Like Bella Foundation, supporting pediatric cancer research and helping create hope for better treatments and brighter futures for children fighting cancer.

Picture The Cure🎗️
Seven years ago, I remembered feeling SCANXIETY. (A term used to describe the feeling of being anxious and stressed before, during, and while waiting for test results.

I remember these exact thoughts every time a new scan for Ben was approaching.

Did the tumor shrink? Is it stable? Did it grow?

The uncertainty was surreal. As the scan dates drew closer, so did my anxiety. The sleepless nights, the racing thoughts, and the waiting for answers felt overwhelming.

I believe that every parent who has walked through this journey can relate to this term.

Today, my heart and prayers are with every family facing scan day. If you are walking this path right now, remind yourself to give yourself a little grace. Just be kind to yourself. All these emotions are part of loving someone so deeply.

He is Benjamin Amador. 🎗

May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month, Brain cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in children. Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, known as DIPG, remains one of the most devastating. There is still no cure.

At just 6 years old, Ben battled DIPG with a spirit bigger than his diagnosis. He loved Kit Kat cake and had a smile that could fill a room. He's spirit still does. Through every part of his journey, Live Like Bella was honored to walk alongside the Amador family, offering support when it was needed most. His story is part of why we do this work.

Right now, families are walking the same road the Amador's walked. They should not walk it alone.

Today is International Childhood Cancer Awareness Day.🎗️
For most, it is a day of awareness. For our family, it is also the day our lives changed forever.
Seven years ago today, we heard the words no parent is ever prepared to hear: “Your child has cancer.”
In an instant, everything shifted. The fear. The uncertainty. The fight we never asked for.
But through it all, Benjamin showed us what true strength, courage, and love look like.

International Childhood Cancer Awareness Day is a reminder that: 🎗️Childhood cancer is underfunded 🎗️Families need emotional and financial support 🎗️More research is urgently needed for pediatric brain tumors.
