Today I started my journey with @r_rich83 and @teamignitefitness , 2.5 years ago I was fat and 310lbs and struggled with booze and recreational drug abuse I was a mess hated my life and one day decided to change. @olympusboxingclub and @angelohabib saved my life I met my goals there with 3 amatuer fights and 1 pro fight. I lost 120lbs with them. Due to work location and no boxing gym I have decided to crush a new goal and the target is oct 31 vancouver fall classic for mens physique masters over 40, im gonna once again prove to everyone its never to late and anything is possible with drive, consistency and the right mind set and attitude by @benjaminwysman

April 14 to June 14 consistency even though i dont know what im doing it seems to be working, I have a goal of stepping on a stage masters physique and hope to be joining @teamignitefitness with @r_rich83 to take me to the next level by @benjaminwysman

Since my arms have been really bothering me to the point Im going to see a surgeon and have mri's done i havent been able to do what I love and what keeps me sane, boxing, without boxing my mental health and depression has been an extreme battle for me, last week of jan I decided to get back to cardio and some leg workouts ive been able to get to my lightest weight in as long as I can remember photo #1 212lbs photo #2 205lbs photo #3 200lbs and today photo #4 195lbs. The gym is helping me battle my demons and keeps me going so glad i decided to get off my ass and back to it. Im still a miserable asshole but am getting better daily. To everyone battling to keep going daily find something that helps you and stick to it. It'll get better... it has to by @benjaminwysman

Learned alot from my first pro fight, even though I lost and wanted to quit after the 2nd round as I was mentaly defeated my coach and amazing friend angelo habib Even though he was mad at me for not listening he made me keep fighting pushed me to continue and im so glad he did because it was a great learning experinace. I know what I need to work ok on and I will be back after extensive training and when he says im ready not until, the mental aspect of boxing is no joke and without a strong mind you wont make it. I cant thank everyone of the boys with me enough for all the support before and after the fight see tags
💯 one more my emotions took over i fucked up. I would of and should have won if I listened and didn't defeat myself mentally But good lesson to learn. And hey man 43 years old 1 charity fight 1 amatuer fight and 1 masters fight 5min amatuer experiance total in a ring, And went pro against a 22 year old with 6 pro fights and ranked #20 heavyweight in Colombia. Fucking rights i atill won i set a goal and achieved it, now its time to train like never before and prove to my son we dont quit because we lose we get better and come back stronger taken in Santa Marta, Colombia by @benjaminwysman

Feb 2024 I was 310lbs and lost so I went back to the only place I knew wouldn't judge me Olympus boxing club, I started to train and lose weight then one day Amgelo jokingly said I should do a charity boxing event I agreed and June I was down to 255lbs and fought for charity with a torn bicep muscle. I won that fight pretty easy in 16 seconds. After that I made 3 goals to fo5ght an amatuer fight which Jan 2025 I did and won in 46 seconds after breaking my oppents jaw then I wanted to bring a belt back from las vegas world masters tournament which I accomplished fighting at 201lbs. I kinda lost myself after that again , Sept came and I found myself back at Olympus again and here we are 6 days away from my pro debut in Colombia. I have never once claimed to be a boxer nor will I ever but I will stand and bang it out with anyone who stands in a ring with me, thanks to everyone who's helped me along this old man on this crazy journey by @benjaminwysman
