I've been trying to get my practice covered by insurance for 3 years, and it's finally happening. Most plans are fully covered with $0 copay. The link in my bio will verify your insurance and take you to my booking page.

When I have the time/energy/bandwidth to meal prep, I keep it simple, batchable, and repurposeable (that’s Plan A).

For me, that is almost never the case, so I resort to Plan B - my simple prep system:
Recipe-Free Cooking - what can I throw together in 5 minutes with what’s in my fridge and pantry? See my salad scissors post

Batch Ingredient Prep - the more staples I have ready to go, the easier recipe free cooking gets. I’ll tell about this next.

Spice Combo Chart - make the same thing taste different! See my “Quick and Easy Veggie Sheet Pan Template” a few posts back, it’s on there.

Plan C: When that goes to shit, I make do with the basics - protein, greens, fibrous/starchy vegetables - or I run to the store and buy that prepped. Yes $$$, the more time I spend in plan A an B, the less I spend on convenience 🫰 by @benjirasky

Yes, this is annoying! I don’t even want to turn my oven on right now, but a GI parasite is far more uncomfortable. Veggies need to be heated to at least 158 degrees F to kill Cyclospora. taken in Wrigley Field by @benjirasky
