POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been over ten years since I last made a short film. Although I’ve made 1000s of pieces of content for different brands since, it felt really special to create something for myself, a story I’d written with no client approvals meetings or client feedback rounds. It felt doubly special to create a film with old friends and some new ones in an incredible cast and crew. One of the skills I feel I really have developed over the years since the last short is dealing with the chaos that comes with filming, which came in especially handy whilst directing toddlers and having the police evacuate the area behind our location. Excited to cut this together now. Puddles a short film - coming soon.

If Claudia really cared about parents, she’d commission a 10-minute recap show.

A mum. Two toddlers. One stranger who simply has to share her opinion.

Super useful reminder in the hire car not to forget about my kids in the back… View from the front seat of a modern car, looking at the large central touchscreen. The screen displays a alert pop-up with the text "Check rear seats for occupants." and a graphic of the rear cabin with a child safety seat. The bottom edge of the screen shows temperature control icons. The background outside is blurred trees and another parked car. taken in Cascais by @benjiryder

In flight entertainment… Close-up of an airplane window during a daytime flight, with the wing visible above soft white clouds. Stuck to the glass are several children's bug stickers—a pink butterfly, a bumblebee, a red ladybug, a caterpillar, and a spider—scattered across the view. by @benjiryder
