✨ 2024 ✨

This has been a year of self-care and healing. Thank goodness I set that intention, because it’s possibly been the busiest year of my life too.

I have found that prioritising healing has helped me find the best version of myself…and most importantly, no more anxious avoidance and panic attacks 🙌🏽

Not sure how I’m going to top this year but bring on 2025!
