Turns out running slower does help you run faster⚡
This time last year, I couldn't run a sub-20 minute 5k. Recently, I've started introducing longer runs at a slower, comfortable pace which has made a huge difference and getting under 20 minutes now feels like less of a struggle.
Just a reminder that not all runs need to be fast.
