When you move to a new neighborhood and they have an annual chili cook off, you have to win in year 1. Establishment dominance early or they’ll never take you seriously.

Stopped by @armyrctgchicago because my friend @bennett_actual said he took over responsibility of a battalion down the street from my house.

Someone ran off with the name bar, so I had to photoshop his name in there.

Apparently the coins are the Sergeants Major Academy are dinner plate sized.

Thanks for having me out.

Be good, my friends.

Sometimes you just need a Rocky style training montage.

Keep showing up.
Keeping doing hard things.
Keep winning.

First time making a video post like this. Sorry, it’s super long, but I wanted to share this story.

Here’s the key takeaway:

As a leader, you have an impact on every person in your formation through the actions you take, or fail to take. The amazing part is you can completely change someone’s life and maybe not even know it…

Do what you think is right. Advocate for those who you feel deserve it. Never settle for something you don’t believe is in the best interest of the organization or the individual.

What an unbelievable turn around by the @whitesox after multiple 100+ loss seasons. This year has been soooo fun to watch. We’re not done yet!

Great morning with the Warrior BN. Today we knocked out the Danish Royal Air Force ruck march. Over 100 participants from @armyrctgchicago and other organizations from @navstaglakes. The event was organized by our awesome team in South Bend company. Days like this make the long hours chained to my desk worth it.

So proud of what these Warriors can accomplish.

It’s awesome when you think a guy is going to be really good and he actually turns out to be really good… 41 HRs in his first 150 career games is crazy work. I’m all in on @colsonmontgomery23 and the future young core of this @whitesox team. They are so much fun to watch and the dugout vibes are unmatched.
