Dear Hamilton,

These past 4 years have truly been some of the greatest years of my life. The friendships made are lifelong, and the lessons learned are everlasting. This 2026 team was, to put it simply, the most resilient team I’ve ever been a part of.

Our season was a comeback story to begin with. We weren’t highly rated, started out 0-3, and became an afterthought to everyone else, but inside, we knew what we could do. We put our heads down and worked to get to where we are now. We did it the Hamilton way and became 6A State Champions for the 10th time wearing the Maroon.

Not many teams can say that there was never a doubt, but for us, there really was never a doubt. No matter how much we got down or how many punches we took, we never lost faith, and we were believers in #19.

I am forever grateful that I came to Hamilton High School. This is, once again, a special place with special people: from the players, past and present, to the coaches, teachers, and admin. This institution bleeds Maroon, and I am honored and blessed to be just a small part of this legacy.

The 7-0 comeback on Tuesday will go down in history, and this 28-year Hamilton Baseball dynasty, led by Coach Woods, will be immortalized as the greatest Arizona high school baseball dynasty ever. It is forever embedded into the dugouts of Tempe Diablo Stadium and Husky Field.

Thank you Hamilton for everything.

And lastly, always remember:
It’s a Great Day to Have a GREAT DAY!

See you soon Tucson! 5 out🫶🏼

⚡️Providing a spark. Ben Ball (@bennnball) balled out having a big game in the Arizona 6A State Championship. In the outfield, the RF ranged to his left on a hard hit ball and made a nice leaping catch to take away extra bases. At the plate, the RHH hammered two extra-base hits to the alley in left-center field, picked up a walk and scored two runs. • 6-0, 215 lbs. • OF • Hamilton (AZ) 2026 • @arizona signee #DudeAlert #baseball #FiveToolHitting #FiveToolDefense taken in Tempe, Arizona by @bennnball
