MULTISOCKETS for the @acnestudios headquarters in ParisSince the concrete structure doesn’t allow floor-embedded sockets, we designed a power distribution network with vertical flex conduits feeding aluminum power boxes placed directly on the floor.This system makes it easy to plug into multi-socket units while keeping the space fully adaptable - the conduits can be installed or removed at any time, allowing the floors to be completely cleared.#lightingdesign #benoitlalloz #acnestudios #aluminum by @benoitlalloz

VAULT lighting installation for the @acnestudios headquarters in ParisOur installation relied solely on the six lateral pillars, leaving the vault fully untouched, as it couldn’t bear additional loads.A curved aluminum structure, supported only at its ends, holds a series of luminous blocks aligned with the existing grid of glass bricks, to create a suspended luminous jewel, a gigantic silver stick insect mimicking the graphic pattern of the glass bricks and diffusing a soft zenithal light.#lightingdesign #benoitlalloz #acnestudios #aluminum by @benoitlalloz

𝑽𝑨𝑼𝑳𝑻 suspended light sculpture for @acnestudios showroom in their Paris HQMeasuring 120 m² with a height of 5 meters, the vault is made of concrete arches filled with glass bricks, forming a large semi-pixelated translucent surface. Our installation relied solely on the six lateral pillars, leaving the vault fully untouched, as it couldn’t bear additional loads.The idea was to create a suspended luminous jewel, a gigantic silver stick insect mimicking the graphic pattern of the glass bricks and diffusing a soft zenithal light. A curved aluminum structure, supported only at its ends, holds a series of luminous blocks aligned with the existing grid of glass bricks.This light sculpture is one of the most complex installations we’ve ever designed. After engineering approval, its construction involved seven trades: machinists, aluminum welders, metalworkers, electronics and optics specialists, mechanics, carpenters, and lighting installers.#benoitlalloz #lightingdesign #aluminum #vault #glassbrick by @benoitlalloz

BLUE LIGHT luminaire for @acnestudios Paris HQ.This piece is a composition of simple, geometric blown glass elements assembled like a construction set: a circular plate, a vertical tube, and a shade.The semi-transparent glass reveals both the blue hue and the internal metal parts, giving the object a visual double thickness.From the ceiling, each luminaire stands out by its silhouette, initially appearing dark, then glowing blue by transparency. They are arranged in a precise grid pattern, and the accumulation of pieces forms a visually powerful, coherent ceiling.Each luminaire is a unique piece, with each glass element blown and handcrafted. The luminaires are only assembled during final installation, requiring great care and craftsmanship at every stage.#lightingdesign #benoitlalloz #glassblowing #aluminum by @benoitlalloz
