Some nights are about putting on a gig. Some nights are about creating a moment.

On 31 October, Rockbottoms Promotions and Just Music Agency brings together James Walsh of Starsailor and Ben Ottewell of Gomez for a very special intimate evening at The Church Venue, Kidderminster.

And there really couldn’t be a more fitting setting.

The Church is exactly what its name suggests — a beautifully atmospheric former church, with its original architecture, towering windows and intimate surroundings creating a backdrop unlike a conventional concert venue.

There’s something about hearing great songs performed in a space like this. The room, the acoustics, the candlelight, the closeness between the audience and the stage — it all becomes part of the experience.

Two of the most distinctive voices in British alternative music, performing songs that have been part of people’s lives for more than two decades, in a room where you can see it, hear it and feel it up close.
