God has blessed us in the most beautiful way. With the gift of a loving, supportive partner and now the incredible blessing of new life. My heart is overflowing with joy and gratitude as we prepare to welcome our little miracle. Dear 2024,

You have been, without a doubt, the hardest year of my life. Today marks one year since I lost my father to cancer. I spent my final semester of college balancing school while watching my dad fight for his life in and out of the ICU. Despite the pain and uncertainty, I pushed through and graduated a year early—without a clear plan for what came next.

My dad was always one of my biggest motivators, his endless encouragement and support shaping me into the person I am today. Losing him left me feeling completely defeated. But little did I know, God had a plan for me.

In the months that followed, I found comfort in spending time with my mom, going on adventures, and embracing the unknown in my “unemployed life.” And then, just when I needed it most, God opened a door to a new chapter. Today, I am incredibly blessed to be starting my career as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation in Austin, TX.

Through everything this year has put me through, I’ve grown in ways I never imagined. With God’s hand guiding me, my family by my side, and my dad watching over me from heaven, I know I can face any challenge life throws my way.

Dad, I miss you every single day. Thank you for everything—for your love, your wisdom, and for shaping me into the man I am today.

To the man who brought me into this world,
I Love You Dad.

Thursday, March 7th, 2024.
I said goodbye to my biggest supporter, my hero, my father. After months of fighting, my father lost his battle to cancer.

My father was truly remarkable. An extraordinary man who was filled with endless love in his heart. His genuine kindness and warmth touched countless lives. He truly never met a stranger, and his legacy of compassion will continue to shine brightly in our memories.

To the man who was by my side when I shot my first deer, caught my first fish, and shot my first duck. I’m really going to miss you Dad.
