A reminder I need right now, because I’m stepping into bigger opportunities that are way outside my comfort zone.

If you spend your whole life being the one person in your own way, you’ll miss out on everything you really wanted.

I know because I was the problem, I was the one holding me back, and that also means I’m the solution.

Awareness is the first step to change, and once you see it, you get to choose.

Take the risk, be brave, and do the thing that scares you, because we only get one life.

YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO FOR WHAT YOU REALLY WANT!

The mind is an amazing TOOL that can help us create anything we desire, the problem is most of us weren’t given the users manual on how to help it do that…

Instead it starts using us!

I was stuck at the same income for three and a half years, and I was doing everything right.

Hard worker. Good at what I did. Followed the system we had in place. Showed up every single day.

And the number didn't move.

The truth is, I was trying to build a new business and a new life while running on an old, outdated system in my mind.

You cannot out-work your programming. Plain and simple. Your identity and subconscious blueprint keeps pulling you back.

The plateau was never in my pipeline. It was in the blueprint underneath it.

The big breakthrough you've been looking for is getting your blueprint right. by @benspangl

Ive been putting more money and time into my own growth than I ever have, with seminars around the world, high level coaching programs, and a yes to the opportunities that keep coming up for the next level.

It’s way more money than I’ve ever felt comfortable paying, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. I also believe it’s exactly what’s needed for me to create the vision and dream I have.

It’s the start of this level of commitment, so I’m sharing it from the middle instead of waiting until I’ve got the results to show you.

Slide 9 is the part most people get backwards, and it’s the one that’s hardest to see from the outside.

Thoughts?

This is the real secret to creating the life that you want, so many people are trying so many different things to get the life that they want and getting frustrated that it’s not happening

Or worse, they get the business, the income that they thought they wanted and they’re still not happy!

Clearing is the subconscious blocks is the KEY!

As achievers, it’s so easy to constantly live in the future, where we’re spending most of time thinking about what life will be like one day or how things will be better once we are there.

It’s important and powerful to have goals, but the purpose of the goals is not for us to achieve the goal, it’s for who it makes of us, who we become.

And one of the greatest things we can become in our lives is one simple word:

Present.

It’s the greatest gift we can give ourselves, our family and our world.

We live in a world that sells so much instant gratification we get these mixed up some times.

The world sells quick fixes so we…

We start a business and think it should take off immediately, doesn’t work that way.

We start investing into our wealth but it doesn’t look like much in the beginning so we stop.

Start changing our diet and exercise but after a month or two don’t have the results and go back to old habits.

Let us not be that.

I just got back from six days in Germany, training and speaking at a conference built for people growing a training and speaking business like mine, I met in incredible people, learned powerful strategies and had some big breakthroughs!

Because of a program I am part of, I got a rare shot to compete in a speaking competition, and the winner gets a real path toward bigger stages over time.

We had advance notice going in. Then it all changed, because we had to build our talk using exactly what we were learning in the seminar, live, with no time to prepare the way I normally would.

So I was up until after midnight the night before, putting together a talk I would deliver the next morning.

The message I shared up there was the same one I teach all the time. Shift your mindset (DEEP PERSONAL GROWTH), and shift your sales skills, and your results in your business change fast.

If you’re a coach, trainer, founder or advisor, these 2 are ABSOLUTELY critical to shift if you want to start making some big money.

One without the other and you’ll get stuck, master both of these and everything changes!

Tomorrow I’ll share where I placed… stay tuned!
