It’s been a while since Julia and I have gone on a real vacation. This week has so perfect so far. It’s been really nice getting out on the course and playing some of the best courses in New England. It’s also doesn’t hurt that I have the cutest fan ever. Hailey may like the course more than me! Just what we all needed! by @benspence24

Only my third PDGA tournament. I definitely ran into some bumps in round two but I was able to lock up 4th place out of 52. Really happy with my performance. I know what I need to improve, time to work on it! Thank you James for getting me into this beautiful sport. by @benspence24

Always a treat when I can play 1 of the top 100 courses (Clement Farms). Seeing lots of improvements! Also got to throw a new disc. If you’re looking for a straight flying disc, look no further then the Kristin Tattar Pure! #discgolfeveryday #discgolf #clementfarmdgc by @benspence24

Finally got to play a round! Man the withdrawals lol. Clement, as always, was amazing to play. Also, got to try three new discs. One was a dyed Mako3 and it flys great! The other two are signature series discs by my favorite disc golfers Kristin Tattar and Jeremy Big Jerm Koling! The flew great! #discgolf #clementdiscgolf by @benspence24

Even with the snow you gotta get your practice in! There’s no excuse for laziness. I was told many times, “a little of something is better then a lot of nothing.” If you love to do something, then find time, if even just a little, to practice. And if you can have your bestest pup with you, then all the better for it! by @benspence24

Sometimes life changes tour trajectory without any warning. You may think you have it figured out but then everything changes. Often, we fear the change. But many times the change brings with it a new light. New challenges, new goals and sometimes a whole new lifestyle. A few years back I had to leave a real passion of mine and I needed something new to strive for, push myself toward. Disc Golf has filled that void and now has become my true passion. I’ve not felt joy in a hobby quite like I do when I’m on the course, especially amongst friends. Thanks disc golf, I owe you! by @benspence24

Just a couple tricks I’m working on at home. One is my favorite strike (tornado kick) second is for my black belt test, the behind the back clap push-up! by @benspence24
