20 years of life… and today, I finally showed the world who I now live for.

Before I gave my life to Christ 6 months ago, I was very lost in a life of sin; addiction, partying, chasing girls, and trying to fill a void only God could satisfy. Further back than that, I think about a kid who grew up very confused with the world around him. Grasping for answers to questions that never seemed to sit right. I’ve made many mistakes, especially as I’ve become an adult, but Jesus met me in my mess. He didn’t just clean me up. He transformed me. As I started to remove the self glorifying things of the world from my life that I thought were freeing. I found that true freedom is a life of worship to Jesus Christ. True freedom, is being an unwavering servant to God.

Today, on my birthday, I got baptized as a public declaration that I’m a new creation in Christ. No turning back. His grace and mercy saved me when I didn’t deserve it, and I’ll spend the rest of my life glorifying Him.

Sophomore year, what an incredibly formative experience. -Got a house with my best friends @jthommps and @jacksontuckerrr
-Almost failed out of school (sorry mom)
-Almost died snowboarding
-Did a lot of stupid stuff I’ll tell my kids about one day
-Lost a lot of really good friends & gained more in the process
-Ate a lot of Whataburger
-GAVE MY LIFE TO JESUS CHRIST!! :))))
-Made a lot of paint (at work)
-Worked on my truck 60 million trillion times
-Saw the Minecraft movie
-Bought at least 5 new pairs of sunglasses
-Was in a movie @3strikesfilm
