Did you know that the brain can identify images seen for as little as 13 milliseconds? 🤯 Yes, that is literally less than one blink of an eye for the brain to process and identify what it’s looking at. This rapid-fire processing is one of the reasons why you only have a few seconds to make a lasting impression in the eyes of your target audience. Users are now more than ever facing a digital over-saturated landscape and their attention span is limited. Trust me, you’ll want to have a clear message and a strong visual strategy when it comes to catching their attention and staying relevant as a brand. This is why I love graphic design so much- there are subtle optical details that can be created with visual hierarchy, contrast, rhythm, and a myriad of other visual strategies to catch your dream client’s attention. If you’re wondering where to start with your branding strategy, send us a dm to book a discovery session.✨ taken in San Diego, California by @benthicstudio

It’s been a minute since I’ve shared anything here, but I’m feeling inspired and excited to be creating again! I jumped into the #DrawnToSummer challenge and the first prompt, “Tea Party & Whimsy”, gave me the perfect excuse to sneak in a little Alice in Wonderland moment. Happy summer! 💛 taken in San Diego, California by @benthicstudio

The process behind designing the brand identity for Misma 👀🩷 Misma needed a visual identity that reflected empowerment, inclusivity, and cultural pride. We designed a logo and hand-drawn illustrations that speak to the heart of the Latina community. The result? A fresh, nurturing brand that resonates with its audience, boosts online presence, and attracts big-name guests to the podcast. If you’re ready to take your brand to the next level, DM us & let’s make it happen 🙌🏼 taken in San Diego, California by @benthicstudio

🌸 From Cairo to Cup 🌸 I had a blast designing illustrations & branding for Rooibos Co, inspired by my love for tea and travel adventures in Egypt. From sketching hibiscus flowers to creating dreamy packaging, I aimed to capture the essence of this ancient tradition. It’s been a labor of love inviting everyone to explore the beauty and flavors of tea. If this sparks something for you, leave a 🌸 packaging of hibiscus tea with colorful pink flower drawings taken in San Diego, California by @benthicstudio

I’m thrilled to share a recent project close to my heart—a book cover design inspired by the Navajo tale “The Bird of Many Songs.” This one was all about bringing the story to life with vibrant colors and unique illustrations, while staying true to my passion for amplifying BIPOC voices through art & design. If you’ve got a story to tell and want to make it visually unforgettable, let’s connect!💜 taken in San Diego, California by @benthicstudio
