🌟 Summer Spotlight 🌟

We’re recognizing Bro. Alejandro Bynum for the outstanding work he’s done this summer as a Finance Intern at Thompson Hospitality.

Throughout his internship, Bro. Bynum helped streamline financial operations by developing and implementing AI-powered workflows that improved efficiency across the finance department. By collaborating with finance professionals on process automation and backend operations, he gained valuable hands-on experience while helping drive innovation within one of the nation’s largest minority-owned hospitality companies. He also had the opportunity to learn directly from CEO Warren Thompson and senior executives, gaining insight into executive leadership, business strategy, and the day-to-day operations of a leading hospitality organization.

Your Beta Epsilon brothers are proud of the impact you’re making and the way you’re representing our chapter through innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Keep striving for Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.

Last week, brothers joined TRIO Upward Bound’s Summer Academy 2026 to speak on a panel with first-gen students from McKeesport, Clairton & Altoona High Schools about balancing athletics, Greek life & college. Afterward they hit the court, answered questions & hung out with the incoming 10th–12th graders @ubp.psu 👌🏾 #community by @benupes
