Part 2: quick taste test🙂‍↕️

ethiopia habtamu fkadu. honeydew, apricot, lilac notes

this one is very bright in flavor no tartness which i found surprising.

Hoping to have 3 perfected brews to share taste cups and recipes with everyone at our next pop up ~ can’t wait to get ya’lls thoughts !!!

part 1: we brew 🙂‍↕️

today’s single origin experiment: ethiopia habtamu fkadu. honeydew, apricot, lilac notes

the kind of cup that doesn’t need cream foam to be interesting

1:5 bean to water & ground a touch finer than usual
18 hour steep. tightening it up to let those bright notes actually show up in the glass. Tag along for part 2: taste test 🙆🏻‍♀️

PS: we still owe a review form Ryan’s brew beans, promise it’s coming 🙂‍↕️
