Day three. You have free time—and a sense of anticipation. A long-awaited encounter with her. Our muse. Our model... who is she? An apparition—the flora and fauna of our own spirit.
We will photograph her in a gondola. A symbol. She drifts between worlds. She lives.
Her hair touches the water.
The night comes. Lanterns and the outlines of old windows reflect in the water. We follow our muse. She hears something calling to her... and so we move through a labyrinth of bridges, venturing deeper and deeper into the dark night.

Day two brings an immediate discovery: we explore the city, getting to know the walls and the inscriptions that define this great place. We come to understand it through its imagery. Narrow streets and hidden connections lead us toward our own personal secrets. A self-portrait will allow you to merge—to truly connect—with this world. I have something special in mind for you, a specific assignment which I will share in person.
Next, we turn to the past, to the dead masters. With cameras in hand, we will visit a museum/a palazzo – and encounter new “friends” there, finding something new within the old. By engaging with these great works of art, we will create something entirely new—a third entity.
The workshop schedule is intensive, yet you will still have free time to wander, to savor the experience, and to get acquainted with Italy—with all its excesses, both those on full display and those tucked away from sight.
