Newark, get ready! New Jersey's first Vietnamese matcha bar, Seven Café, is celebrating its grand opening on November 7th!

@7matchabar 📍42-48 Norfolk St, Newark, NJ 07103

I got a sneak peek at this new spot, bringing together creative matcha drinks, Vietnamese coffee, and delicious savory bites!

Quality and sustainability are a big part of what makes Seven Café special. They use organic oat milk, organic golden maple syrup, and ceremonial-grade matcha and hojicha harvested and shipped directly from Japan.

The attention to detail goes beyond the menu, too! Their furniture is handcrafted from real wood by a craftsman in Pennsylvania, while their bamboo napkins, sugarcane straws, and 100% compostable utensils reflect their commitment to sustainability.

Here's what I tried:
- Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Whip Hojicha
- Earl Grey Matcha
- Pumpkin Pie Cà Phê Sữa Đá (Vietnamese iced coffee)
- Chả Giò (Vietnamese Egg Rolls)
- Vietnamese Fried Rice

Korean food will forever be one of my favorite cuisines, and I’m always excited to find another spot that does it right!

So I really enjoyed my experience @gopchangstory_nj. Between the high-quality meats and the generous variety of banchan (traditional Korean side dishes served alongside your meal), there was so much to enjoy.
The food was delicious, and the service was equally impressive.

If you love Korean food as much as I do, definitely put this spot on your list!

Come spoon with me at my newest find!

@thesaucycup in Elmwood Park, NJ

Here’s what we had:
☕️ Tiramisu-flavored latte

🍩 Cookies & cream cronut

🧀 Four-cheese quiche 🤤🤤🤤🤤

I absolutely LOVED the tiramisu latte, and everything we tried was delicious!!!!

Everyone was so welcoming this is definitely going to become one of my everyday spots. They serve lunch too, so I already have a reason to head back! 🙌

What would you try first, foodies? 👇

🇮🇹 Sharing our love for fresh Mootz and our Italian heritage!

What an honor it was to be part of the Italian Heritage Celebration at @bergencc @bergencountynj ! We had such a great time teaching students the art of making fresh mozzarella and sharing a little piece of our family traditions.

We’re proud of our Italian roots, our history, and the traditions passed down through generations. Being able to share them with the next generation makes it even more special. ❤️🇮🇹

A huge THANK YOU to Bergen Community College for having us!

📍 Come visit us at 356 Valley Brook Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ and GET MOOTZED!

🎉 Want Vinnie at your next event? From fundraisers and weddings to birthdays, private celebrations, and more, we’d love to bring the Mootz-making experience to you!

An unbelievable steak dinner AND it’s BYOB? Say less. 🍷🥩

Let’s Meat is back in Harrington Park after its move to River Vale and better than ever! Everything we ate was top-notch, but those truffle disco fries? I’m STILL thinking about them. 🤤

Here’s everything we ate:
📍 Oysters Rockefeller
📍 Burrata Board — balsamic peppers, pesto, olive oil & baguette
📍 Uncle Joe’s Meatballs — secret family recipe, homemade San Marzano sauce & shaved ricotta salata
📍 Cacio e Pepe Carbonara — Nueske’s bacon, toasted black pepper, pecorino & bucatini
📍 Seafood Pasta Special
📍 Thai Chili Brussels Sprouts
📍 Creamed Spinach
📍 Truffle Disco French Fries — out of this world!
📍 Prime Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib-Eye
📍 Porterhouse Steak
📍 Bread Pudding (Their house-made bread pudding was absolutely phenomenal!)

Save this for your next steak night, grab your favorite bottle, and go!
